Key Performance Areas:
Automation / Nonfunctional Implementation and Maintenance
    Assist with maintenance of the automated regression test pack. (SA and International)
    Run daily automation scripts and analyse failures.
    Perform both maintenance of existing automation scripts and development of scripts to support new functionality.
    Assist with defining and executing the non-functional test strategy (Load / Performance / Stress testing)

Test Analysis and Design
    Reviewing the test basis (such as requirements, design, interface specifications) to determine impact on automation effort
    Evaluating testability of the test basis and test objects
    Identifying and prioritising test conditions based on analysis of test items, the specification, behaviour and structure of the software

    Work with the development team to create and maintain automated nightly build verification tests.

    Define load and performance testing benchmarks and implement load and performance testing approach for each software release.

Evaluating Exit Criteria
    Assess the test execution against the defined objectives for each level of testing to determine if enough testing has been done.
    Check if defects raised have been resolved, confirmation tested, or are outstanding.
    Preparation of automated test coverage and clearance reports. (functional and non-functional)
    Preparation of defect status report.

Test Closure
    Analysing lessons learned to determine changes needed for future releases and projects from and automation strategy perspective.
    Post implementation sessions with the functional test team to determine impact to regression test suite.
    Produce automation regression test plan after each release detailing strategy to update automated regression suite.

    3-year tertiary qualification in a relevant financial/IT related field of study
    ISCB/ISTQB Foundation Certification in Software Testing
    ISTQB Advanced (Test Analyst or Technical Test Analyst) Test Certification in Software Testing
    Agile (Scrum) Certification (advantageous)

    Ability to mentor junior team members from a technical perspective, within the constraints of an Agile methodology.
    4 years + experience in a technical testing role.
    Experience with .NET technologies (VB.NET, C# or CodedUI), either in a development or test automation capacity
    At least 2 year experience working with webservices (SOAP / WSDL)
    Experience with integrating automated test cases into test management tools (example HP QC / Microsoft TM etc.)

Technician: End User Computing (Level-2 Field Services)

A LEVEL 2 FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN is responsible for responding and solving desktop related hardware, software and peripheral calls assigned via ACSA Service Desk or Service Delivery Manager within the prescribed SLA timeframe.

Provisioning end user equipment includes but is not limited to the following:
• Building of new and used workstations using the ACSA image.
• Provide feedback on any image deployment or workstation configuration issues so that they can remediated by the configuration management team.
• Ensuring all user data is backed up and restored appropriately with user sign off.
• Collection and delivery of end user equipment from end to end (store rooms to end users).
• Ensuring equipment is kept secure at all times to prevent theft, loss or damage.
• Ensuring assets are tagged and tracked in asset database according to ACSA standards.
• Ensuring asset database is kept accurate in accordance with SLA.
• Maintain operational support procedures
• Adhere to standard security processes and procedures
• Manage queues for incidents, service requests ensure SLA is met.
• Report adhoc and monthly on equipment deployment.

Job Requirements:
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Remote Support
• Desktop and End-User Microsoft Windows experience (essential)
• CompTIA N+ Beneficial
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification or an overview or understanding thereof
• Computer technology Fundamentals
• Minimum of 1 years of experience performing desktop related troubleshooting
• Basic network knowledge and experience (essential)

The IT Support Technician will be responsible for hardware and software support of desktop computer systems and servers located at the Johannesburg office as well as providing remote support to regional offices.

• Provide 1st and 2nd line User Desktop Support, Troubleshooting, Helpdesk to RSA and SADC regional offices (±200 users).
• Software Support: Installation and troubleshooting of Software, Pastel Partner, Access Control Software (Impro), Softline VIP Payroll, Digidoc flow Document Management Software, Google Apps, Metrofile dataStore EDMS, Sage Pastel Evolution and MS Sequel support. Must have Veeam experience as well as Firewall experience.
• Must have had exposure to Mimecast portal policy administration
• Computer hardware and server support, repairs and upgrades.
• 1st & 2nd Line Desktop, LAN Support in order to setup user desktops, notebooks, email configuration and troubleshooting, multifunction printer configuration and troubleshooting, PC Tablet troubleshooting, basic network cabling and network switch support, wireless network support and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support during workshop lectures, tuition centre IT support during examinations and weekends which include Audio/Visual support.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and solutions.
• IT asset tracking and documentation.
• Office administration functions include filing, communicating with suppliers and processing of payments.

Job Requirements:

• An A+ and N+ or equivalent IT Diploma/Degree with 2 – 3 years’ experience in computer hardware and networking.
• Microsoft Operating Systems XP and above
• Microsoft Office Packages 2003 and above
• Additional experience will be advantageous:
• MCSE qualification and 2 – 3 years Microsoft domain environment experience. Preferably 2nd – 3rd level capabilities.
• Microsoft Exchange 2010 and higher: Minimum experience 2nd line setup and support.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Virtual Servers especially Windows Hyper-V Environment
• Apple OS knowledge/ iOS / Android and Mobile smart devices setup and support
• 2nd line level of Networking, cabling and Managed/Unmanaged switch support.
• 1st line Wireless infrastructure configuration and setup.
