Position outputs:

What we need:
    Tertiary education preferred
    Practical experience in the medical industry outside of recruitment will be highly beneficial, but not essential.
    Experience in recruitment, head hunting, talent management or HR, preferably in the Medical arena, bit locally and abroad.
    Specialised recruitment consultants that manage the full recruitment life cycle of client marketing, candidate sourcing & evaluation plus placement process management and client account management.
    Professional, dynamic, driven, ambitious, presentable and down to earth self-starter.
    Find and service your own client base

Other requirements 
    Min 3-5 years
    Ability to liaise and build relationships with clients
    Assertive and persuasive
    Track record of achievement
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Able to work to tight deadlines
    MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook required

Purpose of the Role

Qualifications
