Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:
To coordinate and facilitate the implementation of all of organisational wide processes in order to enable the diagnosis, action/intervention planning and evaluation of organisational effectiveness.
Key Performance Areas: 

Task Complexity:

Organisational Design:
•   Update and assist in both the design and maintenance of the organisation structures.
•   Assist in the development and levelling of Job Profiles in accordance to MTN Methodology
•   Conduct and facilitate OD Intervention sessions and diagnostics

Performance Management:
•   Support HR Practitioners regarding the Performance Management Process
•   Provide training on Integrated Performance Framework (IPF)
•   Facilitate work sessions regarding Performance Management

•   Assist in research of industry practices, best practices, custom as well as international practice Generate report/s on all OD initiatives
•   Provide support and assistance regarding all OD initiatives.
•   Provide guidance and direction from process, policy and practice perspectives
•   Generate reports on all OD initiatives
•   Ensure administration of all OD activities
•   Maintenance of all ISO deliverables

Relationship Management:
•   Assist in the Implementation of the OD / HR Communications Strategy
•   Participate in the sourcing of external Service Providers
•   Liaise with internal & external customers, suppliers etc.

Risk Compliance:
•   Facilitate and coordinate the action plans with  ISO & BCM responsibilities within the Human Resources division
•   Facilitate and coordinate action plan/s for all the Audit findings conducted by Business Risk Management obo Organisation Development department
•   Update and maintain the OD report
•   Communicate and provide regular updates to the HR community
Job Requirements


Degree in HumanResources or Behavioural / Social Science

•   3 years experience in a generalist HR environment
•   Solid knowledge of Labour Legislation
•   Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes & procedures
