Position Overview  
The purpose of this role is to effectively control loses as well as increase recovers through the management of the procurement process and capturing of data as well as orders.
Specific Role Responsibilities    Job Outputs
• Issue orders upon the receipt of quotes within a timely manner.
• Update data on the relevant systems in accordance with the company process and procedures.
• Capture and release order in accordance with the company process.
• Resolve procurement related queries within the specified timeframe and escalate the matter where necessary.
• Receipt up on notification received of the completed job.
• Ensure all procurements related documentation is scanned once all related systems have been updated.
• All other varied and general administrative duties not specified.
Qualifications and Experience    Minimum Experience
• 1 years of relevant administration experience

Minimum Qualification
• Grade 12

Preferred Qualification
• Secretarial or business administration qualification.

Minimum Requirement
• Valid unendorsed driver’s license
• Computer literacy with high level of accuracy
