CLO Associate – Medical Scheme – Pretoria

The CLO Associate will report directly to the Senior Manager: Client Liaison Office and forms part of the Member Service and Experience Division.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
 Support the Client Liaison Division in fulfilling its strategic and operational objectives;
 Support in the delivery of projects and initiatives in the CLO Division and across CMA;
 Collate and update CLO Stakeholder listing and database as well as communication elements on the SharePoint system;
 Maintain and manage the information system portal;
 Provide secretarial services for committees,/ committee meetings, includes development agendas, minutes and to-do lists for the different forums;
 Ensure documents and reports and presentations are prepared, set up prior meetings;
 Provide administrative support to the Client Liaison Division’s activities (CLO Division) and its sub structures, managing and overseeing the coordination of projects, processes and systems managing and maintaining information as well as procurement and logistical support;
 Consolidate reports from regions for Management Reporting and Executive Dashboard report management;
 Prepare documents required for Client Liaison Office (Division)(such as agendas, minutes and handouts, project status reports;
 Engage with the Finance division regarding purchases and orders, and ensure adherence to budgetary requirements;
 Support the regional offices in receiving promotional material and related information to enable service delivery.

 At least a National Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial
 At least 3 years office administration experience
 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, stakeholder and or marketing/communication or customer experience
 Sound administration skills
 Computer literacy skills and MS proficiency
 Be organised and have good time management skills
 Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities
 Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 Have the ability to work well as part of a team
 Self-motivated and pro-active
 Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure
 Will be expected to work long hours where applicable and travel from time to time as informed by business needs
 Scope of work may at times entail working with a group of people and departments and service providers
 Ability to adapt to a changing environment and support use if new technologies that can be implemented
