Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager - Centurion
Trendy Restaurant in Centurion is looking for a Kitchen manager. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef and/or kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be stock management and quality control. Will also be responsible for kitchen staff management and training. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration.
Salary R 10000 - 12000 K nett.
