MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Grade 12

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
    Computer literacy: at least intermediate level (Ms Office)
    Be able to work under pressure
    Excellent time management
    Excellent communication: good interpersonal and be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal format
    Excellent administrative skills: Be able to work with high level of accuracy
    Team work: Must be able to work as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
    Banking administration including opening of new bank accounts, completing and submitting all documentation required by the bank
    Fill out documentation for all new and changes to bank guarantees
    Arranging of courier services as required
    Assisting with updating insurance information and documentation
    Completing and sending through credit applications to suppliers
    Reading and assessing terms and conditions of credit applications and certain contracts/ agreements
    Register companies for statutory taxes and following up on any SARS matters (company name changes, unpaid refunds etc.)
    Liaise with the Company Secretarial in preparing resolutions and obtaining the relevant signatures
    Assisting with obtaining BBB-EE certificates/ affidavits from suppliers
    Assisting with projects as and when required by the CEO, CFO, Group Financial Manager or Financial Manager
    Filing and up-keeping of supporting documentation
    Any other ad hoc duties pertaining to the office administration function

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
    customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
    Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Preferred)

    Fourways, Sandton (Required)
