Front Office Administrator
A leading company is looking for a front office administrator to join their team based in Johannesburg head office.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them.
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned for finance, property, marketing, transport, and sales as needed.
Making all travel arrangements when required.
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with co-workers, customers, suppliers, and public.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
Obtaining quotations for ad-hoc purchases as and when required.
Sales and marketing assistant:
Assist with obtaining quotations if required.
Assist with creation of order numbers when required, obtaining invoices and following up on items.
General admin, filing, etc. for sales and marketing department.
Assist with ad-hoc duties for marketing.
Hospitality – being hostess at office functions, meetings, and rugby box when required.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Good communication skills.

Customer service orientated.
Good planning skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
