Senior Consultant - Assessment Centre

What will you do?
To support the Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement(s)/ project(s). We are looking for top performers to join the revitalized Human Capital business, and work on exciting projects for clients across the country.
Candidate must be a Registered Industrial Psychologist with HPCSA
Experience with SHL Talent Assessments
Minimum 5 years working experience in a relevant role
Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
Experience of managing client relationships and small teams
