Job Advert    
An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a Helpdesk Operator. This position is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River and reports directly to the Cellular Manager.

Our ideal candidate is some who is resilient and hard-working team player to provide effective and accurate administrative and general assistance.

 o A Grade12/Matric certificate (Essential).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience  
SKILLS required:
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail and be solutions driven.

• The ability to:
o Work independently, as well as a team player.
o Cope with pressure and deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE required:
• Knowledge of cellular products and services
• Knowledge of latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

EXPERIENCE required:

o Minimum of one to two year's call centre experience
o Customer service exposure within a retail environment required

o Experience with in a cellular department would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities   
 1. To assist the stores, customers and networks if there is any problem that needs to be resolved and to ensure that the helpdesk phone is manned continuously Tendering processes
2. To be the first point of contact relating to any all queries and be the internal (customer complaints/stock)
3. co-ordinator in solving the problem timeously
