The H Band Senior Technical Officer: Testing role is based within Technology- Digital

The role of the Senior Technical Officer: Testing is to ensure that all new services are comprehensively tested, meet the prescribed project standards and requirements and to provide functional support on complex processes and functionality for WASP and Content Billing

Key Responsibilities:
    Test Digital Services and WASP Services
    Design and maintain test cases and test plans
    Execute test cases according to project standards and quality guidelines
    Communicate test findings and recommendations
    Monitor, investigate & escalate queries received through Customer Care and other channels
    Manage identified projects for the department until completion
    Assist with the investigation of user requests in order to determine and correct root cause of incidents
    Assist business with definition and analysis of enhancements and new developments
